Mimosas were good but customer service is horrible. I wasn’t able to exchange a meal I did not like nor get it removed off my bill!

Worst service ever, the worst stuff. The lady here said your wait time is 1 hour, then 45 minutes and then 1 hour and 30 minutes. The manager does not know his responsibilities and the host was laughing on my face. I really don't recommend this restaurant, impossible to park, and they treat you very unprofessional. They knew that we were waiting in the front with a 2 years old, and two 4 year old. They put in front of us about 20 people and saying that they did not have space for us to be sit down. There are better place around the area than this ?place. Manager did not take any responsibilities about the host decisions, she does not know her job poorly trained. I would never visit this place again. McDonald has better customer service than this. Today date 01/24/2020

The food is rich and the portions are quite large. Our waitress, Cristina, was excellent, very attentive and knew the menu in details. The food arrived exactly as ordered. The wait to enter is quite long but once you are seated you forget ?

The best!!! . It was my favorite brunch in Puerto Rico for years. So happy they opened here in Miami!

The decor, music, service, and coffee are really good. The food leaves something to be desired, I ordered an avocado stuffed with eggs and everything lacked flavor, it was simple! I think the menu is so extensive that it does not allow the dishes to be of an excellent quality when they have everything to be it. I would not repeat the place.

The exquisite food, the wonderful attention. There were quite a few people waiting but even so we entered before the time they told us, I recommend it, I love it.

I arrived around 3pm, and the first contact was around 3;13pm for the waiter to ask me if I was ready to order (which I responded: yes). At 3:20pm same waiter asks again, I replied yes again, he left and came back 1 minute later to take the order. Food was served pretty quick. I ordered eggs, bacon, pancakes and French toast, with a hot chocolate. Everything had a lot of Nutella, which was overwhelming and honestly the food was just flavorless. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the exquisite Hot chocolate. The atmosphere was very nice and the place was not crowded. Servings were big but not worth it. I don't expect to return to this establishment.

Went for the first time after years of following there page and it wasn’t that full but it took 20 minutes for someone to finally come to our table and ask if we where ready to order, food came out pretty quick and it looked amazing but unfortunately flavor wise it wasn’t the best pretty bland to be honest. I was really disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend it and definitely wouldn’t go back either.

Spectacular! Every time we come to Miami it is mandatory to stop here, everything is excellent, the service, the food and the atmosphere! Without a doubt, I return a thousand times ??

Wow !!! What a delight of food and attention, yes, you must come without hurry on weekends because they are full! But it's worth the wait .... tooodooo looks and tastes the best !!

Love it! I've been here with my wife. We ordered, an avocado filled with steak and cheese. Also we ordered the best coffee we ever drank. Highly recommend I will definitely come back.

Very good food and service from a waitress, but the girl who was at the door (host) attending, I don't know what happened to her, she treated us with attitude, in fact she was Cuban (Well, I don't remember the name because it had no tag name; just from the start and because I asked him to change the table because it was not clean, we told him that we wanted to sit at a specific table and he told us that it was damaged with an attitude for no reason until then, about 10 minutes passed and he sits at the same table that I asked for. to two girls then I don't know why the attitude was. Nor was it kind ... luck and I did not ask him for his name at that time nor did I speak to him with attitude because it was our first time and he did not want to have a bad experience on my part but Nothing else at the entrance was enough, I think that to have people at the entrance to attend the customer they should put more friendly people ...

Excellent food, good portions for the price. You have to go early if you don't want to wait in line but it is worth the wait ??

It is pretty good, and the service was really good,and a very nice atmosphere, but it is a bit too pricey especially for what I had and my kids had. But if you do go there plates are pretty big so do have to order to much for your kids or whoever your with. But overall everything was OK.

This place was off the charts delicious. The atmosphere was high energy and the staff was great.

First time here and I love it. There was a wait, but so much worth it, the staff, the food, everything was great. Definitely will come back. Our waitress Emily, had excellent service. We need more places like this in Miami.

Great food

Beautiful spot for lunch. Our waitress was attentive, quick and extremely friendly demeanor. Food is very delicious HOWEVER half the staff during covid does not seem to know how to properly wear there mask and it's very sad. Especially the two young men working the bar and making coffee and drinks. At all times their noses and part of upper lip is exposed and even worse the man with the Yankees cap is who clearly had a red runny nose and kept wiping it with bare hands and sneezing only to then continue making drinks without washing his hands! Very sad.

My favorite brunch spot in Miami. I love their colored sparkle coffees. Sometimes they turn your mouth the color of the coffee for a few hrs but it doesn't last long. TMI but no sparkles upon exit. We're jot sure where they go, lol. Every meal has been delicious and very generously sized. It may seem the prices are a bit high but the portions are very big and justify the price. Presentation is always 10/10. The restaurant is decorated very nicely so it's a popular spot for IG photos. The service is hit and miss. Some are excellent and others seem to be stretched between too many tables so you may need to ask twice for something and they may not check on you. Enjoy indoor or outdoor seating, both are great. Top recomendations: sparkle mocha, avocado toast, coquito pancakes, romeo y juliet omelet.

I had the scrambled eggs and diced potatoes with a side of French toast. It was delicious.

Very good. But they have to fix the bouncing of the sound inside the Venue. It is uncomfortable to be when there are many Clients.

The place is overhyped. It’s a cute place but service and food is really bad. It is definitely not worth the money. They had issues with us substituting our food for veggie instead of meat, we asked for avocado in the sandwich and That was a issue. The fruity pebble French toast was good and so was their peppermint mocha other than that it was not good at all and not worth it. The service was terrible. Save your money and time.

Definitely overhyped. The service was horrible and the none of the waiters/ staff seemed to know what they were doing. This place is definitely not vegetarian friendly when it comes to their savory dishes and they do not allow making substitutions to their dishes. Which doesn’t make any sense. Asked to add avocado to my sandwich and the waiter told me that’s not possible.

A spectacular place to have breakfast, the plates without giants, the spectacular coffees, I recommend you see the photos on Instagram of the restaurant ... you can see the dishes, they are incredible.

I love the food, the environment. The owner cares about his customers. If you come to Miami, this is the place to visit.

An impeccable place with a Formidable service, all its exquisite dishes and desserts, just be patient to be served and do not forget to pay for parking so you can enjoy your stay in peace.
